About the event
Deliberately using healing sound can facilitate the movement of stuck or stagnant energy and even offer space for your thinking mind to slip away. Sound journeys with me are meant to invite you into an inward experience where you allow healing sounds and frequencies to be absorbed by your physical, emotional, and mental being; gently guiding you back to the pulse of your soul.
One of the most beautiful things about sound is that it also evokes a remembrance. A remembrance of our unbridled heart, a remembrance of our true nature, and of our multidimensional selves. My intention is to help expand you into that and what other intentions you may come to the space with.
